We operate from a spacious warehouse facility, providing high-quality products and efficient distribution services to our customers. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will manage the accurate and timely processing of inbound and outbound shipments, oversee inventory movement, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. Your proactive approach will help us maintain excellent customer service and uphold trade compliance standards. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders using inventory management software and RF scanners Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately for delivery or transfer Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (certification preferred), and order pickers to load and unload trucks efficiently Maintain precise records of all shipping and receiving activities within ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms Conduct inventory counts, stock replenishment, and data entry to ensure accurate stock levels in warehouse management systems Collaborate with logistics teams to coordinate shipping logistics for domestic and international trade compliance Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing stock placement, stocking shelves, and ensuring safety protocols are followed Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or inventory management software Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP platforms Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order fulfillment and inventory counts Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and e-commerce fulfillment processes Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and reporting purposes Valid forklift certification (preferred) along with experience operating forklift equipment safely Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and external partners Physical ability to load/unload trucks, stand/walk for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering quality products through efficient warehouse management!
