Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our dynamic shipping department. In this vital role, you will oversee the timely management of shipping all online orders, receiving and keying invoices into the system, ensuring inventory management, putting away new invoiced items and filing trading cards into our filing system. Your expertise and hard work will help maintain a smooth ordering process from start to finish for our online customers. Duties Receive incoming shipments by verifying invoices and inspecting products for accuracy and quality Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting, packing, and labeling products according to order specifications Conduct inventory management activities including stock counting, cycle counts, and reconciliation using inventory management software Provide friendly and professional customer service outreach to resolve shipping discrepancies or delivery issues promptly Skills Genuine desire to learn more about order picking & packing, and invoice procedures Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records Basic math skills necessary for measuring quantities, calculating weights or dimensions, and verifying invoices Customer service orientation with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently Great work ethic and pride about accomplishing a job well done Join us as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to play a crucial role in our store's growth!
