Warehouse Generalist CIRCOR International, Inc 24.31-30.38 United States, North Carolina, Monroe 1710 Airport Road (Show on map) Aug 13, 2026 Description Position Summary Picks/pulls materials from stock using computerized manufacturing work orders and pick lists. This position will be expected to learn all positions in the warehouse and be used as needed in each area. Principal Activities Cycle counting Print/pull warehouse shop orders and customer orders Attend daily Gemba meetings Consolidating warehouse materials Removing excess and obsolete material Put away all inbound materials purchased and manufactured Maintain accurate inventory records on all raw materials; process all required paperwork pertaining to materials Operate forklift to load and unload trucks in receiving Receive and store purchase orders Pull production shop orders Coordinate with purchasing to pull and package OSM Package and ship customer orders Dump Hoppers Perform other duties as necessary
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge Skills & Abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects Ability to self-direct based on vacancies and workload in department Organization and self-motivation required Forklift experience a plus Microsoft Excel preferred Blueprint reading preferred Familiarity with JDE Attention to detail is critical Must work with sense of urgency Effective communication and problem-solving skills Must have excellent verbal communication skills Must support and work in a team environment Must be able to lift 25 lbs. on a frequent basis and be able to work standing and walking most of the day Excellent attendance record and solid performance record Must be eligible to work in the US without employer sponsorship Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent Must have good reading skills and basic math skills 5+ years of experience in a warehouse setting CIRCOR is an EEO Employer of Females/Minorities/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
