Job Description

Job Overview Verify and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments involving inventory. Duties include verifying and recording incoming merchandise or material and arranging for the transportation of products. Prepare items for shipment. Responsibilities Tracking inventory, keeping accurate records, packaging, and weighing items, printing shipping labels and postage, inspecting goods received for damage, and distributing products to other departments. Ensure the correct packages are received and stocked appropriately. Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments. Promptly & safely unloads trucks and deliveries, sorts, and stocks receivables. Manage the shipment and receipt of orders related to products, materials, supplies or consumer goods. Unloading/unpacking, verifying products. Preparing shipping documents. Inventory/cycle count audits Maintains a clean, neat, and member-ready area. Requirements High School Diploma - or the equivalent Forklift certification Competent clerical skills - data entry 24-36 months of logistics and customer service experience Exceptional organizational skills Dynamic attention to detail Outstanding Interpersonal skills Must be motivated and a self-starter Physical Strength Engages vendors and drivers with a positive attitude Basic math & computer skills Knowledge of warehouse operations Ability to continually learn and develop new skills Great problem-solving skills Flexibility is a must Capability of working as a team (with co-workers) Capacity to stand for long periods of time Ability to left up to 50lbs Competence to perform job duties with minimal supervision Ability to adhere to strict timelines without compromising safety & quality. #
INDNC Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
