Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Receiving Associate to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of goods into and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and seamless shipping and receiving operations. Your proactive approach will help maintain high standards of accuracy, safety, and customer satisfaction, supporting our commitment to excellence in warehouse distribution and logistics. Duties Verify and process all inbound shipments. Prepare outgoing shipments, packing, labeling, and staging orders in accordance with shipping logistics protocols. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies and provide updates on shipment statuses. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Skills General knowledge of computer order management programs and data entry tools like Microsoft Office. Understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment procedures, and warehouse operations. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or dimensions accurately. Knowledge of trade compliance standards and international trade regulations related to shipping & receiving. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Customer service orientation with effective communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external carriers. Pay:
From $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
