Prism Fine Wine — Raleigh, NC Every Tuesday | 8:00am-6:00pm | $20/hour Prism Fine Wine is a small independent wine shop in Raleigh specializing in distinctive and hard-to-find wines. We're looking for one dependable person to join us every Tuesday from 8am-6pm to help with our weekly receiving and shipping. This is a hands-on position rather than a sales role. You don't need to know anything about wine — we're much more interested in finding someone who is reliable, organized and pays attention to detail. What you'll be doing Receiving and unpacking wine deliveries Checking incoming bottles against orders Organizing and putting away inventory Picking and carefully packing customer orders Preparing boxes and shipping labels Getting outgoing shipments ready for carrier pickup Helping keep the shipping and receiving area organized Who we're looking for You'd be a good fit if you're dependable, careful and comfortable working independently once you've learned our system. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, fulfillment, e-commerce, inventory, retail or warehouse work would be useful, but isn't required. The job involves regularly handling cases of wine, boxes and packing materials, so you should be comfortable with the physical side of receiving and shipping. Schedule & pay
