Shipping Clerk-With StandUp Forklift Job Summary $20 Mon-Fri 7am-3pm The Shipping Clerk is responsible for accurately and efficiently picking, staging, preparing, and shipping customer orders. This position ensures orders are processed in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The Shipping Clerk also supports warehouse operations, maintains a clean and organized work environment, and assists with loading and shipping activities as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Follow all applicable GMP requirements, company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures while performing assigned duties.
• Pick and stage customer orders accurately and efficiently using a handheld scanning device.
• Review and follow all special instructions and customer-specific requirements associated with each order.
• Pick products specified on Sales Orders accurately and within established timeframes.
• Follow the First-In, First-Out (FIFO) inventory rotation method.
• Process small-parcel shipments through UPS using UPS WorldShip.
• Prepare pallets for LTL and FTL shipments, including securely wrapping pallets and recording accurate weights and dimensions on the Sales Pick List.
• Load trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with shipping requirements and established procedures.
• Verify products, quantities, and shipping documentation prior to shipment.
• Maintain the shipping area, warehouse, and loading dock in a clean, safe, and organized condition.
• Assist with general warehouse and shipping activities as needed.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
