Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Order Fulfillment Associate! In this energetic role, you will be the backbone of our order processing and distribution operations, ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked and packed with precision and efficiency. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service. Duties Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders. Assist in shipping orders when necessary via USPS or UPS. Track customer orders if needed. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items (must be able to lift 50lbs). Help with heat press/DTF transfers to garment. Must have great attention to detail to ensure proper placement and color accuracy. Previous experience a plus. Basic math skills for counting and verifying quantities accurately Excellent attention to detail for accuracy and order picking tasks Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Willingness to help with other small tasks - moving products to production, inventory checks, filing, etc as needed. Position will be a 1099 employee paid via ADP.
