Job description: Candidates must have a strong understanding of Excel, with prior experience working with advanced formulas. This role requires someone who is comfortable troubleshooting issues with embedded formulas to solve problems as they come up. We're looking for a detail-oriented, fast learner who isn't afraid to ask questions when needed. The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

Own the receiving process from the moment an order goes out: create and manage the master work order file, build check-in sheets, and coordinate with the warehouse to confirm items are checked in correctly, flagging any discrepancies right away Build work orders and shipping documentation in Excel, print work orders and labels, and hand off to the warehouse team Handle the shipping process end-to-end using Excel master files, from scanning items in through booking shipments Track recalls, ensure recalled inventory is properly received, and open and sort returns Handle shipment reconciliation and restocking Support other operational tasks as needed, since workload fluctuates with shipment volume

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience using Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data manipulation Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplace dynamics Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Previous experience with Amazon Seller Central highly preferred

Pay:

$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
