About the Role The Receiving Associate is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient intake of fresh floral products within our warehouse operations. This role plays an important part in maintaining product quality, inventory accuracy, and overall operational efficiency in a temperature-controlled environment. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and process incoming fresh flower shipments for accuracy and quality Accurately count, label, and enter products into inventory systems Organize and store products in designated warehouse locations to support efficient workflow Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies in collaboration with team members Support picking and sorting activities to ensure proper product selection and scanning Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock and cooler environment Follow all safety procedures and company standards Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role requires working in a refrigerated warehouse environment (approximately 35-36°F) for extended periods. The position is physically active and includes standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift.
