Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch) Manpower is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for New Logic Research in Minden, NV. New Logic Research designs and manufactures advanced industrial filtration equipment used in a variety of industries. This long-term opportunity is ideal for someone with shipping and receiving experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for damage Verify incoming orders and place inventory into stock Prepare and package outgoing shipments Complete shipping paperwork and documentation Generate shipping labels and track shipments using a computer Communicate with internal departments regarding shipments Build wooden crates for larger shipments as needed Maintain an organized and safe shipping area

Qualifications:

Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred Basic computer skills Ability to accurately track inventory and shipments Experience using hand and power tools is a plus Ability to build wooden shipping crates Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift materials and work in a manufacturing environment Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
