In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that outgoing orders are accurately picked, securely packed, and shipped out on time.

Key Responsibilities Verify Orders:
Match outgoing items against packing slips to ensure exact quantities and products.Pack & Label:
Box, weigh, and seal shipments securely, attaching accurate carrier shipping labels (UPS, FedEx, Freight).Prepare Paperwork:
Generate Bills of Lading (BOL), shipping manifests, and required export/customs documentation.Log Inventory:
Update warehouse systems (WMS/ERP) in real time with tracking numbers and dispatched inventory.Load & Dispatch:
Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) to load delivery trucks and coordinate carrier handoffs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred. Proficiency with warehouse software (WMS/ERP) and shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager). Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack (certification is a plus). Attention to detail and ability to lift up to 35lbs.salary:
