Duties Receive and verify incoming shipments using warehouse management systems and inventory management software Load and unload freight safely with equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, adhering to safety protocols Perform accurate data entry for shipment records, order picking, packing, and inventory updates Inspect goods for damages or discrepancies, documenting findings and coordinating with suppliers or internal teams Assist with order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment according to customer specifications Maintain organized stock areas through stocking, shelving, and inventory management practices Support shipping logistics by preparing shipping labels, ensuring compliance with trade regulations, and managing international trade documentation when necessary Experience Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not required; training will be provided Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Hands-on experience operating electrical forklifts, pallet jacks, or order pickers is a plus; certification preferred but not mandatory Strong data entry skills combined with attention to detail to ensure precise recordkeeping Excellent customer service mindset to effectively communicate with team members and support internal requests Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, trade compliance standards, and international trade regulations is beneficial Embark on a rewarding journey where your contributions directly impact our operational excellence!
