Hourly Schedule:
Our working schedule prioritizes work-life balance. We work Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm with no surprise overtime. When overtime is needed, it is not mandatory, and we would ask if you are available. What we expect IT Asset Management Group has an immediate opening for a full-time Shipping Clerk position. They will be responsible for picking and packing all small parcel orders.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain records of all products shipped in the warehouse. Preparing shipping documents. Maintaining records of outgoing shipments. Consolidating shipping orders. Creating mailing labels. Ensures all warehouse product being shipped to customers is accurately accounted for and properly input into the company's ERP System. Monitor all shipping notices, orders, invoices, and other documents to manage priorities and ensure that the correct shipping methods are used. They also make sure shipping records are accurately stored in the database.
Education, Experience & Training:
Basic Computing and Spreadsheet Skills (Excel) a must Knowledge with UPS/Fedex/DHL Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.

Highly organized and detail-oriented Self- motivated and resourceful problem-solver Able to perform under pressure to meet deadlines Must communicate effectively and work well with others Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
