12040 Shipping/Receiving/Put Away Aurora, Ohio 44202 Shipping/Receiving Contract To Hire $21 Per Hour Apply Now Job Description Vector's partner is seeking a Shipping Coordinator who would be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and monitoring all outbound shipments to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective delivery of products. This role serves as the primary point of contact for carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations and proper documentation. 1st Shift- (6a-2:30p)
- $20/hr. 2nd Shift
- (2p-12:30a)
- $21/hr.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the packaging and labeling of outgoing shipments. Verify accuracy of orders, including quantities, product types, and destination details. Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight companies. Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms. Maintain accurate records of shipments, tracking numbers, and delivery confirmations. Ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations. Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure product availability. Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or shortages. Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as needed..Qualifications:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent credentials.
