Production Associate (1st or 2nd Shift) ($20-22/hr.) Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will contribute to the assembly and packaging of high-quality products with room to grow. We are looking for individuals to start as soon as possible. We offer weekly pay with overtime paying time and a half. Apply Today! Responsibilities Assemble filter components by placing multiple layers of materials onto a rotating assembly table. Operate foot-controlled assembly equipment to move products through the assembly process. Remove completed filters from the table for packaging. Stack, count, package, and prepare products for shipment. Rotate between assembly, packing, and material handling tasks throughout the shift. Support other manufacturing areas, including press operations, cutting machines, and glass weave molding processes. Inspect products for quality and accuracy while maintaining production goals. Essential Skills Experience performing repetitive, detail-oriented production or assembly work. Fast-paced packaging, counting, or production experience. Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks. Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a manufacturing setting where temperatures can become very warm. Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
