This position is ideal for a candidate that is detail oriented and efficient. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality at every step. Your proactive approach will help streamline order processes, maintain inventory integrity, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Fulfillment Associate Responsibilities Perform order picking using RF scanners, barcode scanning systems, and manual methods to ensure precise selection of items. The job duties of a warehouse associate may include: Receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. Ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment of orders, including picking, packing, and shipping. Maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting physical counts and reconciling inventory discrepancies. Ensuring products are packed properly to meet our standards Keeping the warehouse organized and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and guidelines. Assisting in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks. Monitoring and reporting any damaged or defective products, equipment, or facilities. Collaborating with other warehouse staff and management to improve warehouse processes and procedures. Maintaining records of inventory, orders, and shipments using inventory management software and other systems. Performing other duties as assigned by warehouse management. Fulfillment Associate Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers with familiarity in order fulfillment tasks. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners confidently. Able to use barcode scanning technology Physical capability to perform heavy lifting, manual handling, and repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Knowledge of standard operating procedures Basic math skills for inventory counts, measurements, and order calculations. Prior experience with shipping & receiving procedures, inventory management systems, and warehouse distribution is preferred.
