Shipping/Receiving Mayfield, OH - $20-22/hour Role Responsibilities The Shipping/Receiving role supports inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and production flow by managing the movement of materials into, through, and out of the facility. Receiving Accurately receive, verify, and record incoming materials against purchase orders and supplier documentation Identify and report shortages, damages, and discrepancies for timely resolution Confirm incoming goods meet quality standards Shipping Prepare, stage, and package outgoing shipments accurately and on schedule Generate and verify shipping documentation (bills of lading, labels, customs paperwork) in compliance with carrier and regulatory requirements Material Handling Safely move materials and finished goods throughout the warehouse and production areas to support just-in-time delivery Maintain organized, clearly labeled inventory zones Handle high-value or sensitive materials with appropriate care Inventory & Systems Support cycle counting, reconciliation, and investigation of inventory variances Enter goods-movement transactions accurately and promptly in ERP/WMS systems Provide reliable inventory information to purchasing, production, and finance Safety & Compliance Follow all safety procedures and OSHA standards Handle hazardous or regulated materials per applicable guidelines Identify opportunities to improve speed, reduce waste, and support lean operations Work Environment Fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing facility; on-site collaboration with production and engineering teams.
