Primary Job Functions:
Load outbound shipments (retail and wholesale) using a forklift Use a hand scanner to pick and pack retail orders accurately Operate a forklift to receive deliveries and distribute materials as needed Maintain organization and accuracy of inventory and outgoing shipments Cross-check fulfillment orders to ensure accuracy and completeness Communicate any delays or issues to the supervisor promptly Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Maintain a clean, organized work area Perform other duties as assignedOther Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3 years forklift operating experience required Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment Commitment to safety, quality, and consistent attendance Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic technology skills (hand scanners, tracking systems, etc.) Mechanical awareness and problem-solving ability preferredShift Details:
