A Shipping or Receiving Clerk tracks all incoming and/or outgoing shipments at a company facility and checks that shipment orders are filled correctly. Uses scanning equipment to track inventory. Works in receiving to check shipments that are primarily production materials or company supplies, or checks outgoing shipments of finished products.

Job Description
Responsibilities Prepare packages for shipping Web orders Embroidery Sales orders Retail store embroidery orders Special orders Verify correct counts and product ID, as well as, visual inspection for product defects. Verify and maintain records on incoming and outgoing shipments. Regular communication with Embroidery Sales, Graphic Design, Customer Service Representatives, and Inventory Control Coordinator to assure accuracy in packing/shipping process. Operate the UPS WorldShip system to confirm each package before it is shipped to the customer, including insurance. Replenish packing materials. Observe and report any area that needs addressed. All other warehouse duties assigned by Warehouse Manager. Must be able to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Frequently required to:
stand, walk, kneel, or crouch. Qualifications Education High school diploma or equivalent, required. Experience 1-2 years of UPS shipping experience, or the equivalent, preferred.
