Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will manage the movement of goods in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and seamless shipping logistics. Your expertise will help maintain our high standards for quality and efficiency across warehouse operations. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Coordinates flow of all materials in and out of the Stockroom with front office.
  • Pulls orders daily based on picklist requests from Customer Service.
  • Packs and stages all finished goods inventory to be shipped.
  • Posts weight and shipping charges and maintains shipping record files.
  • Ensures that shipped goods reach customers within stated deadlines.
  • Receives in deliveries and distributes the packages within the company.
  • Receives in Return Goods Authorizations (RGA), updates the RGA spreadsheet, and stages the item(s) in the appropriate location.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of the stockroom.
  • Reports any inventory discrepancies to the Supervisor, Inventory.
Maintains a high standard of safety at all times. Requirements Experience using FedEx Ship Manager required! Experience using UPS WorldShip required! Standup Forklift experience. Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures, including order fulfillment and packaging standards. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment documentation as well as carrying out oral and written instructions. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Join our team to play a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations that support our commitment to quality manufacturing. Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
