Warehouse Associate $23/hr Job Description Join our warehouse operations team in West Jefferson, OH, as a Warehouse Associate. This role is crucial to supporting our production and distribution processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for pulling and packing orders, managing inventory, receiving materials, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments. Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications. Utilize hand-scanner and Warehouse Management System (WMS) to facilitate all pick, pack, and inventory actions. Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy before packing. Prepare items for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and ensuring product safety during transit. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts. Prepare orders for loading onto trucks for delivery, following safety regulations. Comply with all warehouse safety regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with other warehouse staff to meet daily order fulfillment targets. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Essential Skills Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Fast learner and self-motivated. Proficiency in typing and computer operations. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure. Self-motivated and adaptable in a team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications General labor and warehouse shipping experience.
