Job Title:
Shipping and Receiving Clerk - $23/hr Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic warehouse operations team. This position is vital in supporting our production and distribution processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to excel in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include pulling and packing orders, managing inventory, receiving materials, and ensuring accurate and timely shipments. Shift 1st shift: M-F 8-4:30pm Responsibilities Accurately pick and pack products according to customer orders and specifications. Utilize hand-scanner and WMS for efficient pick, pack, and inventory actions. Inspect merchandise for quality and accuracy before packing. Prepare items for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and ensuring product safety during transit. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts when necessary. Prepare orders for loading onto trucks for delivery, adhering to safety regulations. Essential Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in supply chain, production floor, and quality control systems, preferably in aGMP/ISO/HACCP
environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications General labor experience. Warehouse shipping knowledge. Computer literacy. Forklift operation experience. The dress code is casual but safe, adhering to warehouse safety regulations. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Jefferson, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
