Shipping & Receiving Associate Pay:

$15.00 per Hour We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in maintaining organized inventory and timely shipments. Job Responsibilities Receive inbound shipments and verify items against purchase orders and packing slips. Inspect incoming materials for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues as needed. Enter shipment information into inventory or warehouse management systems. Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare outbound orders for shipment. Complete shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing slips, labels, and manifests. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and stock organization. Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries. Process returned items, document damages, and restock inventory when appropriate. Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and in compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively with suppliers, delivery drivers, and internal departments to resolve shipping and inventory issues. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory experience preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic understanding of shipping and receiving processes and documentation. Forklift experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
