About the Company Community Compounding Pharmacy (CCP) is a compounding pharmacy, which is a pharmacy that custom makes medication to fit patients' specific needs. We are a retail pharmacy that specializes in naturopathic and integrative compounded medications. CCP is one of the largest compounding pharmacies in the Northwest. We ship not only to patients in Oregon, but we regularly fill and ship compounded prescriptions to patients across the U.S. In addition to being a large retail pharmacy, CCP is developing and expanding to include other services, education, and conferences to assist other small pharmacies. CCP is a growing and evolving company. As leaders in the compounding industry, we constantly create new and innovative ways to help our staff, our patients, and our community. Our goal is to maintain a positive work environment and create the best products for our patients. Position Overview The Fulfillment Associate follows detailed processes and procedures and uses CCP software systems to ship filled prescriptions to patients. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, the ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality, communication (verbal and written) skills, and the ability to work as a member of a team. Primary Responsibilities The essential functions of the Fulfillment Associate include, but are not limited to: Following detailed processes and procedures and using CCP software systems to ship filled prescriptions to patients. Working closely with the Fulfillment Manager and the other Fulfillment Associates to get product out on time, with the correct materials to the correct destination using the appropriate shipping method. Preparing items for mailing and shipping and ensuring items to be mailed and shipped are processed in a timely and efficient manner. Staying current on required documentation and training. Other Duties Non-essential functions include, but are not limited to: Special projects and assignments, as needed. Other duties as assigned.
