Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, including HydraFacials, VI chemical peels, SkinPen microneedling, and Sciton lasers. Conduct thorough skincare consultations to assess clients' needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product usage to help clients achieve their desired results. Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to provide cutting-edge services. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Must be currently licensed in Oregon as a Certified Advanced Esthetician. WA license is a plus! Minimum of 1 years of experience performing advanced esthetic treatments. Minimum of 1 year experience using Sciton lasers - BBL/MOXI. Minimum of 1 year experience performing HydraFacials. Strong knowledge of skincare products and their benefits. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience with Zenoti EMR system is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time (6-8 hours per shift). Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements, including fine motor skills required for laser treatments, microneedling, and advanced facial procedures. Ability to sit, bend, reach, and position the body appropriately to safely perform treatments. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (treatment equipment, product inventory, supplies). Visual acuity sufficient to safely operate medical aesthetic devices and assess skin conditions. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including laser safety eyewear and masks, for extended periods. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety protocols.
