Temp Support an active shipping operation in a steady administrative role with consistent weekday hours and room to build your logistics experience.
SALARY:
 $19.00 hr
LOCATION
SEASIDE, OREGON
SCHEDULE
Full-Time, Monday through Friday, 6:45am to 3:00pm

      Varied Responsibilities:
      Balance scheduling, customermunication, documentation, and shipment coordination throughout the day.
        Team Collaboration:
        Work closely with sales coordinators, delivery teams, customers, and internal staff.
          Steady Administrative Work:
          Build shipping and receiving experience without the heavy lifting typically associated with warehouse roles.
          WHAT YOU'LL DO
          • Coordinate iing and outgoing deliveries using pick tickets and shipping documentation.
          • Maintain delivery schedules and help ensure materials arrive on time.
          • Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding shipment status and delivery questions.
          • Prepare,anize, and maintain shipping and receiving records.
          • Track materials sent and received while supporting the daily flow of the department.
          WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
          • High school diploma or GED.
          • Minimum of one month of related administrative, shipping, receiving, customer service, or logistics experience.
          • Experience preparing or maintaining shipping, receiving, or delivery documentation.
          • Ability to use aputer, manage files, and maintain accurate records.
          • Equivalent education, training, or relevant work experience may be considered.
          PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
          This position regularly requires sitting, using the hands to handle paperwork or materials, andmunicating by phone or in person. Employees may occasionally stand, walk, and reach and must be able to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required. The work environment typically has a moderate noise level. Reasonable amodations may be provided for individuals with disabilities.
