Shipping Specialist Location:
Tigard, OR Pay:
$22/hr.
Schedule:
Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm
Who We Are:

What You'll Do:
Coordinate all shipping, packaging, and receiving of components, supplies, and materials Process outbound and inbound shipments using an MRP system Verify and input accurate order/shipping data Package products and prepare documentation for domestic and international shipments Communicate with carriers and coordinate freight pickups/deliveries Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records Assist with inventory/receiving tasks as needed Perform occasional driving duties for pick-up/delivery of merchandise Maintain a clean and organized work area Cross-train in inventory and receiving functions Follow all safety practices and procedures What's In It for

Have:
1+ year experience in shipping/receiving or related field Valid driver's license and insurable driving record Experience using MRP or inventory management systems Strong attention to detail and ability to follow shipping schedules Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift Ability to work independently and under pressure while meeting deadlines
The Musts:
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to pass forklift certification within 90 days Ability to follow safety standards in a manufacturing environment Comfort working in a fast-paced, ISO-certified facility
Preferred:
Forklift experience Previous manufacturing or warehouse shipping experience Familiarity with international shipping documentation
