Competitive, based on experience We're looking for a Shipping Specialist to coordinate the shipment of finished products and ensure orders get out accurately and on time. This role works closely with Production, Planning, and other departments to manage priorities and resolve issues that could impact customer deliveries. What You'll Do Coordinate daily shipments based on production schedules and customer requirements. Prepare shipping documentation, labels, and related paperwork. Schedule carriers and coordinate pickups and deliveries. Track shipments and communicate updates or delays. Work with Production and Planning to prioritize orders and meet shipping deadlines. Identify and resolve shipping issues quickly and accurately. Maintain organized shipping records and information. What We're Looking For 2+ years of shipping experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel. Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
