Job Description
Our family-owned eCommerce company in Bristol, PA is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our growing business. This is a hands-on position that combines shipping, inventory support, customer service, and administrative tasks. If you enjoy staying organized, learning new skills, and working as part of a small team where your contributions matter, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Pick, pack, and ship lightweight products accurately and efficiently Process customer orders and perform data entry Respond to customer emails in a professional and timely manner Answer incoming phone calls courteously and assist customers as needed Assist with inventory management and stock organization Support other day-to-day business operations as needed Qualifications Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to remain organized and work efficiently during busy periods Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities Dependable, positive attitude, and able to work well as part of a team What We Offer A friendly, family-owned work environment Opportunities to learn multiple aspects of an eCommerce business A supportive team where your work makes a meaningful impact We are looking to fill this full-time position ASAP!
