Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments of materials and equipment, verify accuracy against documentation, and check for discrepancies or damage. Perform all stockroom procedures including put-aways, picks, cycle counts, and proper loading and organization of shelves. Carry out routine shipping functions in accordance with clearly defined and established procedures. Maintain shipping, receiving, and stockroom areas in a neat, safe, and orderly manner. Use ERP and MRP systems to enter, update, and verify shipping, receiving, and inventory data. Troubleshoot basic issues in the ERP system related to data entry, inventory records, or transaction errors. Handle material movement including loading, unloading, and transporting items using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as needed. Perform inventory control tasks such as cycle counts, stock checks, and reconciliation of physical inventory with system records. Pick and prepare orders, kits, and production materials accurately and on time using RF scanners and other tools. Apply standard practices and procedures to daily tasks, making minor decisions that require practical judgment within clearly defined guidelines. Assist with general labor tasks in the production and assembly environment as required to support operations. Ensure accurate data entry for shipping labels, packing lists, and inventory transactions. Follow all safety and handling procedures, particularly when working with materials that may require special packaging or shipping methods. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Collegeville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
