Role Overview ACME, a division of the Albertsons Companies, is currently searching for a System Support Technician to join our team. The System Support Technician is responsible for receiving and processing orders. Bring your flavor Building the future of food and well-being starts with you. The Computer Operator is responsible for monitoring, processing, and supporting retail and warehouse order activity for more than 450 store locations across Acme, Safeway, and Shaw's banner operations. This role serves as a key point of contact for retail partners, ensuring order accuracy, timely issue resolution, and effective communication through phone and email. Candidates must be able to work a 2nd shift schedule, including weekends. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor, process, and maintain retail and warehouse orders for over 450 store locations, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. Identify, escalate, and report order exceptions, system issues, and operational deviations to leadership in a timely manner. Communicate professionally with retail partners, distribution centers, and internal teams via phone and email to resolve order-related issues. Utilize operating system tools and business applications including Microsoft Edge, Microsoft Office Suite, printers, and other support technologies. Support daily operational activities and provide troubleshooting assistance for order processing, system access, and printing issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to established operational procedures and service level expectations.
