Systems Management:
Manage and execute all transactions within the ERP and shipping manifest systems. This includes generating shipping labels, processing bills of lading, and ensuring all data entry is accurate and complete.
Order Fulfillment:
Prepare materials for shipment, including picking, packing, labeling, and staging orders according to customer and quality standards.
Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain precise records for all incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers to schedule pickups and monitor delivery timelines. Resolve any shipping discrepancies, such as damaged goods or short shipments, in a timely manner.
Inventory Control:
Assist in periodic inventory counts and maintain organization of shipping supplies, storage racks, and parts bins. Monitor inventory levels and advise management of shortages.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline shipping workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce shipping costs.
