E-Commerce Lead - Unicorn Tire Corp. Unicorn Tire Corp. is seeking dependable and experienced E-Commerce Leads to support our growing e-commerce and warehouse operations. We are hiring at our Texas, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania locations.

Second Shift:

1:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m. Monday-Friday , with Saturday availability. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily e-commerce order processing and fulfillment activities. Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time. Print, review, and process shipping labels for daily e-commerce orders. Review order and shipping information for accuracy before orders are released for shipment. Ensure shipping labels are correctly matched and applied to the appropriate products and customer orders. Organize and prioritize orders based on daily shipping requirements and deadlines. Utilize company computer systems, e-commerce platforms, and shipping systems to process orders. Identify and resolve order, inventory, labeling, and shipping discrepancies. Coordinate closely with the warehouse, office, and e-commerce teams to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently. Assist with preparing, bundling, staging, and organizing products for shipment as needed. Monitor team productivity, accuracy, attendance, and overall workflow. Train and support new and existing e-commerce employees on procedures and expectations. Maintain an organized and efficient e-commerce work area. Help ensure smooth communication and proper handoff between the first and second shifts. Communicate operational issues, order discrepancies, or delays to management. Support warehouse operations and other departments as needed. Perform additional e-commerce duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous e-commerce, order fulfillment, shipping, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Experience with shipping platforms, order-processing systems, inventory systems, or similar software preferred. Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to order accuracy. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize multiple orders and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to train employees, provide direction, and lead by example. Must be dependable, punctual, and comfortable working a scheduled first or second shift.
