Position Summary The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for accurately assembling kits, preparing orders for shipment, and supporting fulfillment projects within the warehouse. This role works closely with warehouse team members, customer service representatives, and management to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is quick, detail-oriented, dependable, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities / Duties
- Work alongside your team to execute projects in a timely manner while maintaining accuracy.
- Quickly, efficiently, and accurately complete tasks.
- Assemble kits according to project specifications.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Report and resolve any discrepancies, QA issues, etc. and work with sales and CSR team to resolve.
- Communicate and cooperate with management and coworkers.
- Identify and suggest any potential process improvements.
- Collaborate with other departments, including shipping, receiving, and customer service.
Qualifications / Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficiency in inventory software and systems.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Valid Drivers' License and clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-orientated with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Compensation and Benefits
