Job Summary Responsible for receiving, stocking, issuing, and maintaining inventory at a customer site. The role primarily involves handling parts and materials, supporting inventory accuracy, performing cycle counts, and providing reliable customer service while maintaining a clean and organized storeroom. Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, label, and stock incoming parts, materials, and supplies. Issue parts, tools, and materials through the storeroom/crib window. Maintain accurate records of issued, returned, and received inventory. Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation. Enter and update inventory information in computer systems. Identify and report damaged, missing, or misplaced items. Replenish inventory and maintain organized storage areas. Assist with locating and delivering tools, equipment, and supplies. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment. Provide excellent customer service to site employees. Qualifications 3+ months of relevant warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, or storeroom experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Basic computer skills; experience with MS Office, SAP/SX.e, Vista, Control, or Prophet 21 is a plus. Ability to read work orders, safety instructions, and operating procedures. Basic mathematical skills and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills . Reliable, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Ability to lift 25 lbs or more with assistance and perform physical warehouse activities. Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required PPE. Schedule 2nd
