What You'll Do:
Coordinate and process customer and distributor orders through production and shipping Prepare and accurately complete Bills of Lading and shipping documentation Schedule shipments and communicate with carriers regarding pickups and deliveries Enter shipping dates, tracking information, carrier details, and freight costs into the company's ERP system Monitor shipments and follow up on delays or missed carrier pickups Answer questions regarding shipping status, pricing, availability, and delivery Communicate with customers, distributors, carriers, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and other departments Review orders to ensure all information is accurate and complete before shipment Help resolve shipping, billing, freight, and order-related issues Maintain accurate records and files Assist with process improvement and department projects
What We're Looking For:

Pay Details:
