We're looking for the perfect person to help our fulfillment coordinator during the holiday season. You will play an essential role in supporting shipping operations, maintaining inventory organization, and ensuring a smooth customer shipping experience. This is a part-time, in-person position based in our amazing light-filled office in the historic Bok building in South Philadelphia. The ideal candidate is organized, quick to learn, and highly self-motivated. Ideally, this person should have previous experience performing fulfillment/shipping operations in a similar direct-to-consumer e-commerce company. This role will be mostly hands on but does include some computer-based tasks. The role has some flexibility in the daily work schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international customer orders, as well as larger wholesale and distributor orders. This role requires high organization and the ability to focus intently when packing large orders. Restock/replenish fulfillment shelves to ensure an efficient fulfillment process. Meet daily fulfillment goal targets. Receive/put away inbound shipments. Organizing customer returns. Help with monthly inventory counts and consolidation. Take packages to the mailroom daily. Maintain a clean & organized workspace. May require some light assembly work, including boxing or bagging accessories. This position requires lifting (up to 45 lbs), constant moving, standing, reaching with arms and hands, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders, including reaching above eye level.

Qualifications:

Physical stamina and dexterity to handle repetitive tasks. Dependable attendance and punctuality, with a strong work ethic. Ability to stay focused and neat in a fast-paced environment. Able to pass a general background check and a drug test. Experience using online fulfillment platforms such as Shipstation, preferred but not required. 1-2 years experience working in a fulfillment/shipping department, preferred but not required.

Details and Compensation:

Hourly Rate:

$23/hr. Part-time, in-person, hourly position. Approximately 20 hours per week, Monday thru Friday. Exact work hours are somewhat flexible, as long as they fall inside the window of 10am to 5pm M-F, and maintain a regular daily schedule (ex. 10am-2pm daily).

Health Insurance Stipend:

$150/mo added to salary (assuming 20 hour work week). Accrued paid vacation, holidays, and sick time. Target duration of position is 4 months, October through January. Potential to extend beyond seasonal period depending on company needs.

Pay:
