Position:

Performs necessary tasks to support shipment/receiving of products; supports warehouse operations. Prints picking tickets & lists for warehouse floor personnel. Prints Bill of Ladings for pickup. Enters Carrier information and performs final delivery (billing) in SAP. Runs reports to ensure all deliveries are posted. Files all shipping and inventory related paperwork. Verifies and enters goods receipts data into SAP. Assists production and accounting departments to resolve internal inventory issues. Answers calls and emails in regard to customer shipments. Provides shipping information to Sales Dept. Performs system updates and paperwork to process customer returns. Maintains UPC/Security tags for Lowes orders. Verifies inventory counts as needed. Performs all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Zero (0) - Three (3) Years; Experience in administrative duties preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

Working knowledge of SAP preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills and ability to work well with others. Ability to organize priorities and perform at a fast pace. Ability to multi-task Displays CLI Core Values & Operating Principles.

Supervisory responsibilities:

None Work environment : Warehouse as well as office environment. Must be able to walk extensively during the workday, and stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods of time. Computer work.
