Back To Results Inventory Coordinator/Shipping Clerk Job Description The Inventory Coordinator/Shipping Clerk is responsible for monitoring and controlling inventory activities, and performing administrative tasks related to shipping our delicious products. If you have experience with inventory coordination and attention to details, we would love to have you join our team!
Responsibilities:
Inventory :
(80% of job duties) Validate all production receipts and/or discrepancies. Perform inventory adjustments and transactions under the guidance of the Inventory Control Manager or other upper-level management. Perform electronic transfers. Assist in controlling and monitoring the cycle counting program. Coordinate and participate in all physical inventories.
Shipping :
(20% of job duties) Create bills of lading for outbound shipments. Create all paperwork for international shipments. Send advanced ship notices to our retail customers. Produce shipping address labels. Produce UCC 128 labels. Provide constant interaction with transportation drivers. Will assist traffic manager with any assigned clerical duties. Fill in for other clerical functions within the department.
Hours :
7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday (hours will vary for end of month and physical inventory activities)
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or GED Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must possess effective time management and strong organizational skills. Must have a professional demeanor and demonstrate proper phone etiquette. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access). Previous Dynamics AX and ERP Software experience. Previous experience with inventory control software.
