Starting at $18/hour , depending on experience About the Opportunity Opsource Staffing is partnering with a growing manufacturing company in the Duncan, SC area to hire an experienced Shipping & Receiving Coordinator . We're looking for a dependable, organized professional with shipping and receiving experience, forklift experience, and knowledge of export paperwork and international shipments . What You'll Do Receive, inspect, label, and properly route incoming shipments and finished goods. Compare shipments against manifests, invoices, packing lists, and orders to verify accuracy. Prepare and process shipping, receiving, work order, bill of lading, and export documentation . Coordinate daily shipments with the Supervisor and Sales Department. Contact carriers and shipping representatives to arrange deliveries and resolve issues. Package, seal, label, and prepare outgoing shipments using appropriate materials and hand/power tools. Build wooden crates and skids for heavy equipment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment to move inventory. Receive, sort, label, and store stock according to established procedures. Maintain accurate computerized inventory records and perform daily cycle counts. Investigate inventory discrepancies and make necessary adjustments. Maintain receipts and documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments. Inspect materials for damage, defects, shortages, or other discrepancies and document findings. Deliver materials to departments, production areas, storage locations, and test stations as needed. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area. Assist with other departmental duties and projects as business needs require. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing or wholesale environment. Experience with export paperwork and international shipments is required. Forklift experience required. Computer proficient, including Windows and Microsoft Office. Experience with UPS WorldShip and SAP ERP is a plus. Ability to read and understand packing lists and picking lists. Comfortable using hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, table saws, and other equipment. Basic math skills and strong attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills, including phone, email, written, and in-person communication. Team-oriented and able to work accurately under deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods during an 8-hour shift. Why Apply?
