Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Logistics Operator to join our team and drive the efficient management of warehouse operations. In this role, you will coordinate shipping and receiving activities, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure seamless distribution processes. Your proactive approach will help us maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory movements and order fulfillment. Prepare, package, and ship orders accurately using picking & packing techniques, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain precise inventory records through data entry, stock counting, and inventory management software to ensure stock accuracy. Coordinate with shipping logistics teams to schedule shipments in compliance with international trade regulations and trade compliance standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring optimal warehouse layout for efficient operations. Provide excellent customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and ensuring timely order processing. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics roles with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes. Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and MS Office applications. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Valid forklift certification or experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records of shipments and inventory levels. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations is preferred.
