In this role, you will be the key point of contact for managing inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining seamless warehouse operations. Your bilingual skills will enable effective communication with diverse teams and international partners, supporting our commitment to efficient and compliant shipping processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and technical expertise will drive success. Duties Coordinate and verify incoming and outgoing shipments using warehouse management systems and ERP platforms such as AS400 or MRP software Prepare, package, and label products accurately for shipment, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and customer specifications Operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, stock, and organize inventory efficiently Conduct inventory management activities including stock counting, data entry, and updating inventory management software to maintain accuracy Assist with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment processes to meet delivery deadlines Communicate effectively in both languages to support customer service inquiries related to shipping logistics and delivery status Ensure adherence to safety protocols during warehouse operations such as load & unload procedures and forklift operation Support international trade compliance by understanding export/import regulations and documentation requirements Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software, and inventory management software Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, packing techniques, and warehouse distribution processes Excellent data entry skills combined with basic math abilities for accurate inventory tracking and calculations Experience operating warehouse equipment including RF scanners, pallet jacks, 8yrs forklift Operator , and order pickers Bilingual fluency in English and another language to facilitate clear communication across diverse teams and international partners Customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently Familiarity with trade compliance standards, international trade regulations, and shipping documentation requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of warehouse operations
