August 4, 2026 Shipping and Receiving Clerk Arlington, TX $19 / per hour Full time Apply Now Back Job Description Shipping & Receiving Clerk $19.00 6:00am-4:30pm Monday-Thursday Job Summary We are urgently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a manufacturing facility in Arlington. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of shipping and receiving experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment, strong computer skills, and sit-down forklift experience. This position requires excellent attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse without climate control. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality. Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders according to customer and company requirements. Create and process shipping labels and shipping documentation. Enter shipping and receiving information accurately using Microsoft Office and company computer systems. Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift when needed. Organize inventory and maintain accurate shipping and receiving records. Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of Shipping & Receiving experience required. Minimum of 1 year working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse or manufacturing environment required. Sit-down forklift experience required. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Experience creating shipping labels and processing shipping documentation. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly. Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift. Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and lifting. Must have the stamina to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment without air conditioning or heat. Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day.
