On-site Schedule:
Monday-Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm 3401 Avenue E, Arlington, TX 76003 Summary Radwell International is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our Inventory & Logistics team. This role is responsible for preparing customer orders for shipment, ensuring product accuracy, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily shipping operations. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, takes pride in accuracy, and understands the importance of delivering an outstanding customer experience through timely and error-free order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities- Prepare customer orders for shipment by verifying product accuracy, condition, and quantity
- Package products according to company standards to ensure safe transportation and delivery
- Process outgoing shipments utilizing shipping software and carrier systems
- Verify shipping documentation, packing slips, and order information prior to shipment
- Ensure products are labeled correctly and packaged securely
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and operations teams to resolve shipment discrepancies
- Assist with receiving, staging, and movement of inventory as needed
- Maintain shipping records and accurately update company systems
- Monitor shipment schedules and support timely order fulfillment
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow established shipping procedures, quality requirements, and safety standards
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned What We Are Looking For

- Ability to accurately process shipping documentation
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and shipping procedures preferred Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, fulfillment, or logistics experience preferred
- Experience using shipping software or warehouse management systems is a plus Radwell Benefits
