Athens, TX We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Associates to join our warehouse team on 1st Shift . In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, staging, and preparing customer orders for shipment while helping maintain efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently Move merchandise to pallets, conveyors, shelves, staging areas, and trucks Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against orders and invoices Read and follow shipping orders, work orders, and production schedules Locate, label, and prepare products for shipment Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed Maintain inventory accuracy and a clean work environment Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Forklift or Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) experience is required Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred Ability to safely operate material handling equipment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment Must be available to work mandatory overtime every other Saturday Physical Requirements Regularly lift up to 40 pounds Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and twisting throughout the shift Why Join Us? $17.00/hour starting pay Consistent 1st Shift schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Apply today to join our team as an Order Fulfillment Associate and put your forklift/PIT experience to work!
