Position Title:
Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Location:

This position involves reviewing shipping orders on a tablet, verifying documentation, picking orders, pulling products, placing materials on pallets, and shrinkwrapping pallets for shipment. The role is approximately 60% manual labor and 40% forklift operation as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately select and place flooring product orders on pallets and shrinkwrap for secure handling.
Read shipping orders to determine quantity and transportation requirements.
Verify accuracy of all shipping documents and maintain related data.
Route outbound freight documentation to proper recordkeeping units.
Pick orders and assemble various types of merchandise.
Schedule inbound and outbound freight to support warehouse operations.
Contact carrier representatives and provide loading instructions.
Safely operate heavy equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks).
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Maintain equipment checklist and perform routine preventative maintenance.
Perform additional duties as requested.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of warehouse experience required.
Forklift experience is a plus.
Proficiency using a tablet or iPad.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work under pressure.
Physical Demands:
Frequent use of hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; reaching with hands and arms; verbal communication.
Frequent walking and standing; occasional sitting.
Regularly lift/pull/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 70 lbs.
Close vision required.
This is a safetysensitive position.
