Overview Join our dynamic team as a Night Stocker and become the backbone of our retail operation during the overnight hours! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for ensuring our store is fully stocked, organized, and ready for customers when they arrive. Your proactive approach will help maintain a seamless shopping experience by managing inventory, handling shipments, and supporting store merchandising. Responsibilities Load and unload deliveries efficiently using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts while adhering to safety protocols Stock shelves, produce sections, and storage areas with accuracy and attention to detail Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and control, ensuring all items are correctly tracked and recorded Conduct regular inventory checks to identify discrepancies and maintain optimal stock levels Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, stockroom, and sales floor to promote safety and efficiency Assist with packaging, shipping & receiving tasks, including labeling and preparing products for sale or distribution Support merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively and ensuring displays are well-maintained Experience Previous warehouse experience or retail stocking background preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with inventory management systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklift operation is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in stock control and store presentation Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customers Experience working in grocery stores or retail environments enhances your ability to handle fast-paced stocking duties Demonstrated capability in customer service, teamwork, and maintaining a safe work environment Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels our success!
