In this role, you will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of goods into and out of our warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment, and adherence to shipping regulations. Your expertise will help maintain seamless warehouse operations, support customer satisfaction, and uphold trade compliance standards. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities, inspecting for damages, and recording data accurately using inventory management software and scanners. Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting products, packing items securely, and labeling packages in accordance with shipping & receiving protocols. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload trucks efficiently. Maintain precise inventory levels through regular stock counts, data entry, and updates within ERP system. Coordinate with logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and trade documentation requirements. Assist with order picking, packing, and staging to support order fulfillment accuracy and timeliness. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock storage, replenishing shelves, and ensuring optimal warehouse layout for smooth operations. Uphold safety standards during all warehouse activities by following proper procedures for load & unload tasks and operating equipment responsibly. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve shipping issues promptly and provide excellent service throughout the process. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with a focus on shipping & receiving operations. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, ERP systems. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment; forklift certification is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipment documentation. Knowledge of shipping logistics including order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and international trade regulations. Excellent data entry skills combined with attention to detail to ensure accurate record keeping. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards and delivering exceptional customer service.
