Job Description

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time. Operatioln of forklifts, pallet jacks required Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory audits. Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse locations. Report damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments to management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow company safety procedures and shipping regulations. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred. Basic computer skills and experience with inventory or shipping software is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Forklift certification is a plus or willingness to become certified. Pay:
$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
